An application to the head of Sevastopol city state administration about the registration of foreign investment , brought in the Statute fund (in free form).
Informational notice according to the regulation (5 samp.).
Confirmation from bank about the investment’s receiving.
Payment order on 340 UAH on fixed registration account with giving the code of payment (indicated below).
Certificate about the state registration of subjects of business activity (SBA).
Copy of statutory agreement.
Copy of Statute, with indicated last changes.
Appropriate papers on investor.
In case the investor is physical person, it is necessary to give passport.
All papers should be exemplified with signature attached by a seal.
